LAUNDRIES AND CENTRIFUGES

  Model Description
GT-495 Centrifuge dryer laboratory.
GTE-327 Raft of densely - washing stainless steel, 5 meters long, 1.6 wide and 2.2 high, with 5 shovels and with endless drum for emptying ass, endless mud and endless output of material 300 mm in diameter.
GTE-421 Centrifuge 1.000x300 and 20 h.p. engine.
GTE-422 Centrifuge 1.200x300 and 15 h.p. engine.
DME-282 Laundry plastic, stainless steel, composed of:
1. Raft wash with tunnel 3.000x1.500x1.200 with gearmotor tunnel, gearmotor endless emptying from the bottom of the raft. Hopper. Cyclone receiving a raft of material in stainless steel. Endless collection and output centrifuge.
2. 20 hp centrifuge.
3. Dense raft with 4 blades 4.000x1.200x1.500 mm gearmotor blades and gearmotor for endless bottom drain. Endless material output to centrifuge.
4. 20 hp centrifuge.
FABP-11 Large centrifugal drying.
FMI-1 Full laundry for P.V.C or P.S. stainless steel, 500 Kg/hour. Composed of:
-Reception and dense raft 1,500 mm x 500 mm, with two shovels.
-Collection and agitated raft 1,500 mm x 1.500 mm. With a flush valve and belt out to centrifuge.
-Centrifuge 3,000 r.p.m., 12.5 hp.
-Collection and delivery from centrifugal to chamber separation of paper and finos.
-System of separation of roles by air extraction.
-Collection and delivery to cyclone for filling Big-Bag.
FTL-9 Iron laundry with boat washing and centrifugation 1 meter.
FTL-14 Laundry for all types of materials with washing tunnel. Composed of:
1. Endless filling raft.
2. Raft of wash and dense, with tunnel and endless of emptying of 3x2x1,5 meters.
3. Sifts for raft.
4. Centrifugal.
